Door 2000 srl a single member has developed this Internet Privacy Policy in order to bring its business into line with that of a trusted entity that ensures, respects and maintains the right to privacy of visitors in the online environment.

Door 2000 srl as a single member, is the data controller of personal data possibly collected through this site as defined by the EU Regulation 2016/679. The data controller will process any data collected through this website (www.door2000.it) for purposes, in manner and as specifically explained below.

Door 2000 srl a single member will collect and process only personal data voluntarily provided by the visitors of this site. Visitors are able to browse the site even without revealing personal information and data. Each Visitor of the site can choose to provide Door 2000 srl with limited personal data as requested in order to obtain information about our services. Once registered, the personal data collected will be used only for the services indicated in the available information.

  • site view and navigation  (these are activities related to the correct provision of the various features requested by you, for reasons of security and verification of responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site, as well as to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning); the legal basis of the aforementioned purpose can be found in art. 6.1(a), (c) f of EU Regulation 2016/679;
  • statistical research/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data  (this is an activity that does not involve the processing of personal data, since they do not involve the identification of the user and serve, for example, to measure the functioning of the Site, measure traffic and evaluate interest);
  • other activities in execution of law obligation/orders Authority  (such as communication to third parties); the legal basis is identified in the legal obligation (Art. 6.1,point c, of EU Regulation 2016/679);;
  • maintenance of IT systems and devices  (the subjects in charge of carrying out maintenance and repairs on the Site may accidentally have access to your personal data. These events are completely occasional and unpredictable and in any case without identification purposes and of limited duration maintenance/repair work); the legal basis  of this purpose is identified in the legitimate interest (Art. 6.1, point f, of EU Regulation 2016/679)

 

Data retention period

The personal data that the visitor will decide to communicate to Door 2000 srl will be processed and stored for the following periods of time:

  • activities related to contact management, requests on products or retailers: until the request is made;
  • activities related to the subscription to our newsletter: the data collected and processed will be kept for a period not exceeding 5 years from the registration or until the moment of its cancellation from our newsletter;
  • site view and navigation: any data collected will be kept for a maximum period of 24 months;
  • statistical research/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data: any data collected will be kept for a maximum period of 24 months;
  • other activities in execution of law obligation/orders Authority: the data will be kept for the time necessary for the conclusion of the investigation activity and in any case for the time necessary to carry out the legal obligations;
  • maintenance of IT systems and devices: any data collected will be stored for as long as necessary for the execution of the maintenance activities of IT systems and devices.

Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations

The personal data provided by the visitor of this site will be stored on our company servers and in our paper archives and in any case on European territory for the processing entrusted to third parties or for the data center relocation services. There are no transfers of personal data to third countries or international organisations.

Communication to third parties

The personal data you provide will not be transfered to third parties.

The personal data provided by you may be communicated for the management of your request and for the performance of any legal obligations to central and territorial public bodies to professionals in the webmaketing sector. Door 2000 srl a single member does not deliberately collect, through the website, particular personal data such as, for example, those suitable to reveal the state of health.

Personal Data, pursuant to art. 4 and 9 of EU Regulation 2016/679, include personal data capable of revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data capable of revealing the state of health and sex life. Judicial data, always pursuant to art. 4 and 10 of the European GDPR Regulation 679/2016, include personal data suitable to reveal measures referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1, letters a) to o) and from r) to u), of the D.P.R. 14 November 2002, n. 313, in the field of criminal records, registry of administrative penalties depending on crime and related pending charges, or the quality of defendant or suspect pursuant to Articles 60 and 61 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Data retention

Once the service is completed, all personal data will be deleted, transformed anonymously or destroyed in compliance with Door 2000 srl’s data retention policies as a single member unless otherwise requested by the authority and subject to conservation requirements established by law, or by what is indicated in this policy “measures of use of the www.door2000.it site for particular sections of the portal , or according to your explicit requests.

Exercise of the rights of the person concerned
